Milestone

Well, we passed a couple of milestones in the past couple of weeks. Joshua cut his first tooth on July 12th. Of course it wasn't Vince or me that found it, but his pediatrician at his appointment. (We were checking every day though so it must have just come through. His second tooth is just poking through today. The second feat he mastered is sitting up on his own. He is so much happier now that he can sit up and play. Of course he falls down every once in awhile and bangs his head on the floor...then he's not so happy. Can't have everything I guess.

Trip to the zoo

I'm trying to take advantage of our short summer knowing that I'll have to go back to work in the new year, so that means being outside as much as we can. Last Sunday we went to the zoo. It was suppose to be raining but it turned out to be a beautiful day. Joshua didn't appreciate the animals too much yet but he does love to be outside.

The monkeys were, as usual, the big crowd attracters. They watched us as much as we watched them...
